Zaree Kids Shipping Policy

 

At Zaree Kids, we are dedicated to delivering your beautiful South Asian kids' wear efficiently and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, shipping, and delivery.

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during sale events or holidays), processing times may be delayed. We will communicate any significant delays via email or an announcement bar on our website.

  • Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)

 

We offer the following shipping options for delivery within the continental United States:

  • Carrier: We primarily ship through USPS. The carrier used depends on the size of the order and the destination.

 

3. International Shipping

 

  • We currently ship to USA & Canada

  • International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.

  • Estimated International Delivery Time: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

 

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

  • Zaree Kids is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international shipments.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We advise checking with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

 

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

 

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses at this time.

  • We do not ship on federal US holidays and weekends.

6. Damages, Lost, or Missing Packages

 

  • Zaree Kids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once the package is transferred to the carrier, it is their responsibility.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If you believe your package is lost or missing, please contact us at zareecompany@gmail.com with your order number. We will assist you in contacting the carrier to open an investigation.

 

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
