At Zaree Kids, we take pride in the unique and quality craftsmanship of our South Asian apparel. Please note our strict policy regarding returns and exchanges prior to completing your purchase.
All purchases made through Zaree Kids, both online and at any pop-up events, are considered FINAL SALE.
This means:
No Returns: We do not accept returns for refund or store credit.
No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or items.
Please ensure you carefully review your order, including item sizing (refer to our sizing chart and color selections, before submitting your purchase.
The only exception to our All Sales Are Final policy is if you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please adhere to the following process:
Contact Us Immediately: You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (based on the carrier's delivery confirmation date). Please email us at zareecompany@gmail.com.
Provide Evidence: In your email, you must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Resolution: Upon reviewing the evidence, and if the damage is confirmed to be a manufacturing or quality defect, Zaree Kids will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:
A replacement of the same item, if available.
A full refund of the item's purchase price.
Any reported defects or damage outside of the 3 day window will not be eligible for review.
Since all sales are final, we encourage customers to refer to our comprehensive size chart before placing an order. Measurements provided are approximate, and slight variations may occur due to the nature of textile manufacturing. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit due to customer error in sizing selection.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and packaged for shipment. If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately at zareecompany@gmail.com within 24hrs of placing the order, and we will attempt to intercept the fulfillment process. Cancellation is not guaranteed.
